Shelsey Hall

Shelsey Hall is an attorney at Whitley Law Firm in North Carolina. Her practice primarily focuses on premises liability cases, including slip and falls, dog bites, and motor vehicle collisions, along with cases involving commercial defendants such as negligent trucking companies and businesses that failed to maintain safe environments.

Hall earned her B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science and her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from NC State University. She earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

She is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and the U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern and Western Districts.

Hall serves on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Wake County Bar Association, and the Tenth Judicial District Bar.

She was recognized as Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers in 2025 and featured in the Young Attorney Spotlight in Attorney at Law Magazine, Vol. 13 No. 3.
