W. Kent Winingham

W. Kent Winingham is a Partner at Wilson Kehoe Winingham Injury Lawyers in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he represents personal injury clients. He joined the firm in 2017.

Winingham was named the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association's Young Lawyer of the Year (2020) and was recognized in The Indiana Lawyer's Up and Coming Lawyers: Leadership in the Law (2019). He has been an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star honoree since 2019 and is a graduate of the Indiana State Bar Association Leadership Development Academy, Class VII.

He earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2015 and his B.A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College in 2012. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois.

Winingham serves as First Vice President of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and on the Board of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
