About Jeffrey Hammond

Jeff Hammond is a personal injury lawyer who focuses his practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving construction accidents, premises liability, defective and dangerous products, industrial accidents, state and local governmental liability, structural collapse, scaffolding accidents, crane accidents, and aerial and scissor lift accidents. He completed extensive OSHA safety training and became an OSHA Authorized Construction Safety Trainer, authorized to conduct OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour construction safety courses. Jeff began his career in Chicago courtrooms before returning to Indiana in 2003. He is licensed in both Indiana and Illinois and actively represents clients in both states.
