Gregory Laker

Greg Laker has extensive experience representing families affected by traumatic injury to a child, sexual abuse of a child, or the death of a child. He zealously represents accident and injury victims in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts around the country. Since 2002, Greg has chaired CohenMalad LLP's Personal Injury Practice Group, which has developed a national reputation for representing consumers injured by dangerous drugs and defective medical products. He has also lectured on topics related to sexual abuse, personal injury, and mass torts in Indiana, Nevada, and Louisiana. Greg has been named to Indiana Super Lawyers from 2007 through 2026, including a Top 50 ranking from 2010 to 2021.
