About Justin Kuhn

Partner Justin Kuhn specializes in representing victims of medical malpractice, dental malpractice, and other personal injury matters. He has extensive experience in appellate advocacy, having authored numerous appellate briefs across a wide range of issues including medical malpractice and insurance coverage disputes. Prior to beginning his practice, Justin completed a clerkship with Judge Cale J. Bradford of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Before joining CohenMalad LLP, he litigated for healthcare providers and insurance companies against malpractice and personal injury claims, giving him unique insight into defense strategies. Justin has been named an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 through 2026 and was a 2023 Trial Lawyer of the Year Nominee by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
