Partner Justin Kuhn specializes in representing victims of medical malpractice, dental malpractice, and other personal injury matters. A Lake County jury returned $11 million in November 2022, and the trial court reduced it to the $1.25 million statutory cap under the Indiana Medical Malpractice Act. After the Court of Appeals ordered a new trial, the Indiana Supreme Court affirmed the verdict in June 2025.
