About Jeremy Winton

Jeremy A. Winton is Managing Partner at Winton & Hiestand Law Group PLLC, heading the firm's pre-litigation, entertainment, and client services departments. He is also the driving force behind the firm's Entertainment division, collaborating with filmmakers and production companies on film and television representation, development, and packaging services.

Winton earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Kentucky in 2000. He has earned three certificates from Harvard University in American Government/Constitutional Foundations, U.S. Political Institutions, and Public Policy, and a Certificate in Successful Negotiation from the University of Michigan. He is admitted in Illinois (2004), Indiana (2006), Ohio (2007), and Kentucky.

Winton is a four-time All-American Boxer and former state and national kickboxing champion. He received the 2000 NCBA Outstanding Boxer of the Year award. He has been honored with the Key to the City from Mayor Greg Fischer, a Community Service Award from the Kentucky House of Representatives, and was named a Kentucky Colonel in 2015.
