Jonah Wolfson

Jonah M. Wolfson is the managing partner at Wolfson & Leon, a Florida personal injury law firm. With 13 years of practice in personal injury law, his work covers car accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, and trial law.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Wolfson graduated from Boston College with a major in English. After college, he spent approximately five months hiking the Appalachian Trail before enrolling at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

During law school, he interned at the Cook County Office of the Public Defender, where he tried a number of cases to verdict. He passed the Bar Exam on his first sitting. Before dedicating himself exclusively to plaintiffs' personal injury work, he spent more than three years at Valle, Craig, Sioli, and Lynott, PA, practicing insurance defense litigation.

Wolfson is admitted to the Florida Bar (FL Bar #498130). He has Spanish language capabilities.

He served on the Miami Beach City Commission starting in 2007, where he chaired the Land Use Committee, Finance Committee, Flooding Committee, and the Sustainability Committee at various times.

He was recently recognized by his law school with the Chicago-Kent Young Alumni Award.
