About Thomas Dennis

Tom Dennis began his legal career in South Florida defending insurance companies against personal injury and wrongful death claims. That background gives him a practical understanding of how insurers evaluate and litigate cases, which he now applies on behalf of plaintiffs. He handles automobile accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, product liability, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice claims throughout Florida. Tom is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization focused on protecting the right to civil jury trial.

He was recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer in personal injury in 2021 and 2022-2023, earned a Rising Star designation from Super Lawyers in 2018, and has been included in U.S. News Best Law Firms at Tier 1 since 2013. Before law school, Tom earned an athletic scholarship to Western Michigan University, where he was a nationally ranked tennis player and three-time team captain named an Academic All-American. He earned honors in Trial Practice and Appellate Advocacy at the University of Florida College of Law.
