About Jennifer Stogner

Jennifer O'Brien Stogner was born in Galveston and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. She earned a double major in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi in 2002 and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2006, where she won the ATLA Student Trial Advocacy Competition National Championship in Miami. Jennifer has practiced as both a plaintiff's attorney and a defense attorney, handling cases valued from $800 to over $80 million.

She cut her teeth in the BP Texas City explosion cases after law school, then practiced at firms on both sides before joining Abraham Watkins as Of Counsel in 2018 and making Partner thereafter. Her practice focuses on products liability, automobile and tire defects, wrongful death, gas explosions, industrial accidents, and petrochemical cases. She holds a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
