About Zachary Tohen

Zach Tohen is an associate at Abraham Watkins who represents plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, product defects, and wrongful death. He joined the firm in 2026 after spending the first nine years of his legal career on the defense side, giving him a strategic advantage in anticipating defense tactics and identifying weaknesses in opposing cases. He earned his B.A. from the University of Miami in 2012 and his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2016. He was originally admitted to the Indiana bar and later admitted in Texas.
