Allison Goldberg

Allison Goldberg is an associate at Anapol Weiss devoted to representing individuals who have needlessly suffered catastrophic personal injuries. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including birth injury, medical malpractice, sexual abuse and assault, transvaginal mesh, and products liability actions. She also has experience with personal injury matters involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Allison defended hospitals, health care providers, and insurance companies through all stages of litigation.

She received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she attended the evening program. During law school, Allison was a full-time paralegal at a regional defense firm assisting with medical malpractice matters. In her spare time, Allison enjoys reading fiction, painting, and traveling.
