About Jennifer Kelly

Jennifer J.C. Kelly is the Managing Intake Attorney at Ankin Law in Chicago, where she works alongside the Director of Intake to manage new client intake. A native of Crown Point, Indiana, she earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington and her J.D. at DePaul University College of Law, where she completed human rights work in Chiapas, Mexico.

After early experience in defense, Jennifer spent nearly a decade as a plaintiff personal injury attorney at a prominent Chicago firm, becoming a partner and routinely obtaining significant recoveries for injured workers through trials and settlements. Most recently before rejoining private practice, she served as associate general counsel and legal underwriter for a litigation funding company. She was elected to the Board of Directors of the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association and served for years on the Young Professionals Board of the Chicago Bar Foundation.
