Forrest Kroschel

Forrest Kroschel is an attorney at Armstrong Lee & Baker LLP in Houston, bringing a rare combination of trial experience, CPA credentials, and board-certified specialization in Oil, Gas & Mineral Law to his practice. Forrest earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2014. Forrest began his legal career as a felony prosecutor at the Lavaca County Attorney's Office, trying multiple jury trials as first chair. He then transitioned to commercial trucking and transportation defense before moving to plaintiff-side work in fiduciary, investment, commercial tort, and business dispute matters at Kane Russell Coleman Logan. He has published on oil and gas regulatory topics in Landman Magazine and for the AAPL. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and federal district courts across all four Texas districts.
