Cade Gossett

Cade M. Gossett is an attorney at Ashcraft & Gerel focused on complex mass tort litigation, particularly the Camp Lejeune Toxic Water Litigation, where he advocates for service members and their families exposed to contaminated water at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Cade graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama in 2021 with a B.A. in Communications and earned his J.D. from Charleston School of Law. During law school he served as President of the Charleston School of Law Ambassador Program, Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Board, and was named Senator of the Year as a 3L Senator in the Student Bar Association. He taught weekly classes and coached mock trial through the Street Law Clinic, and joined Ashcraft & Gerel as a Law Clerk in May 2023.
