Shane Hursh

Shane H. Hursh is an attorney at Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP, focusing on complex mass tort litigation involving toxic exposure and products liability, environmental law, and veterans law. Born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, he attended Azusa Pacific University in Southern California as an NCAA student-athlete, completing both his B.A. in Philosophy and his M.B.M. in five years. He earned his J.D. cum laude from Charleston School of Law with Presidential Honors, served as Student Bar Association President, completed over 300 hours of pro bono service, and received the Keith J. Williams Award.
