James Green

James F. Green is Of Counsel (and previously Senior Partner) at Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP, with nearly 40 years as a litigator. He has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, serves as an active lecturer and author for local and national Continuing Legal Education programs, and has developed a substantial national mass tort and personal injury practice. He has been appointed by federal court judges to serve on multi-district litigation committees handling product liability cases for prescription drugs including Fosamax, Rezulin, and Zyprexa. His career has produced hundreds of verdicts and settlements for clients in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.
