Justin Watkins

Justin L. Watkins is Managing Partner at Battle Born Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has handled thousands of personal injury cases involving vehicle accidents, motorcycle collisions, truck incidents, and related matters throughout Nevada.

Watkins earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego and his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. He is admitted to practice in Nevada.

A Nevada native, Watkins was elected to the Nevada Assembly from District 35 in 2016, serving on Judiciary, Natural Resources, and Transportation committees. He has been appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court as a mediator and arbitrator for Clark County's Court Annexed Arbitration Program and serves as Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Conservation League. His honors include AV Preeminent rating, Top 150 lawyers in southern Nevada (2009-2018), Mountain States Super Lawyer (2014-2022), and Avvo 10.0 rating.
