Troy Atkinson

Troy L. Atkinson (1977-2016) was the Founding Partner of Battle Born Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada, which he established in 2010.

Atkinson earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2004, where he participated on the National Mock Trial Team. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 2001 and graduated from Western High School in 1995. He was admitted to practice in Nevada.

Atkinson began his legal career as an insurance defense attorney at McCormick, Barstow, Sheppard, Wayte & Carruth LLP in 2004. He joined Snell & Wilmer in 2007, practicing corporate and banking litigation, then founded the Law Offices of Troy Atkinson PLLC in 2009 before establishing Battle Born Injury Lawyers in 2010.
