Matthew W. Hoffmann is Managing Partner at Battle Born Injury Lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Hoffmann earned his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where he was a scholarship recipient and served as Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy and President of the Moot Court Board. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, California, North Dakota, Colorado, Arizona, and Washington.

Growing up on a small family farm in rural North Dakota, Hoffmann began his career at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders, a major Nevada insurance defense firm, before becoming a partner at Arin & Associates, P.C. He has been recognized as Nevada Super Lawyer (2014-2019) and Super Lawyers Rising Star (2010-2013), holds an AV Preeminent rating, and was named among the top 150 lawyers in Southern Nevada.
