Daniel Panahi

Daniel Panahi is a Junior Partner at BD&J. He specializes in serious personal injury cases, including catastrophic injury accidents, auto accidents, trucking accidents, traumatic brain injuries, and premises liability. He has been at BD&J since the inception of his legal career. Daniel has secured millions of dollars for his clients. He fights for the rights of injured victims throughout all of California.

Daniel understands the stress and frustration a legal claim involves and is dedicated to fighting for his clients’ rights with strategy and tenacity. He is a fighter and does not leave any stone unturned. Prior to starting law school, Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts degree in from University of California, San Diego.

Following his time at UCSD, Daniel attended law school at Chapman University Fowler School of Law. While at Chapman, Daniel received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards which are only given to the highest scoring student in each law school class.
