Charles Lynch

Charles H. Lynch, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, who specializes in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law and has over 30 years of experience practicing in New Jersey. He has the unique experience of having acted as both a PIP arbitrator (Dispute Resolution Professional) and practitioner, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the New Jersey Personal Injury Protection practice.

Lynch began his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General under New Jersey Attorney General W. Carey Edwards, then moved into private practice where he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of medical practitioners. He previously served as a Senior Trial Attorney at The Hartford for over a decade, defending insureds in litigated matters related to auto liability, premise liability, construction site liability, product liability, and general tort law, as well as insurance coverage litigation and appellate matters.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Kean University. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.
