Lynch began his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General under New Jersey Attorney General W. Carey Edwards, then moved into private practice where he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of medical practitioners. He previously served as a Senior Trial Attorney at The Hartford for over a decade, defending insureds in litigated matters related to auto liability, premise liability, construction site liability, product liability, and general tort law, as well as insurance coverage litigation and appellate matters.

He earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Kean University. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.
