Marc Borden

Marc S. Borden, Esq. is a personal injury attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, practicing in New Jersey and New York. He represents plaintiffs in motor vehicle collisions, slip-and-fall and other premises liability matters, assaults, and other personal injury actions, consistently delivering six-figure verdicts and settlements on surgical and non-surgical cases.

Borden has practiced personal injury law since 2011. Before joining Broderick, he worked at a mid-size law firm defending insurance companies in personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, insurance coverage, labor law, and appellate matters. At Broderick he also serves as Attorney Ambassador, building alliances between the firm and other professional organizations.

Borden earned his B.A. degrees in English and Psychology from Rutgers University–Rutgers College and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2013, where he served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Association and as an editor of the Circuit Review Journal. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Supreme Court of New York, and the New York Appellate Division.
