Brett Eckstein

Brett A. Eckstein is a Personal Injury, Appellate, and Civil Rights Attorney at Cannon & Dunphy S.C.

Eckstein earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Marquette University in 2000. During law school he made the Dean's List, served on the Marquette Law Review, and competed on Moot Court. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin (2003) and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Eckstein clerked for Chief Judge R. Thomas Cane at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals (2003-2004) and Justice Louis B. Butler, Jr. at the Wisconsin Supreme Court (2004-2005). He has been recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyers honoree for Personal Injury Law (2016-2024) and as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2008-2015). He is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
