Patrick Uphues

Patrick D. Uphues is an attorney at Cannon & Dunphy S.C. focused on representing injured victims throughout Wisconsin.

Uphues earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Marquette University Law School in 2022, where he made the Dean's List and received CALI Awards for the highest grades in Jurisprudence and Civil Pretrial Practice. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016 with a double major in chemistry and philosophy.

Before joining Cannon & Dunphy in October 2024, Uphues served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William Sosnay of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court and clerked for two years at a Chicago personal injury law firm during law school. He is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin (2022) and is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
