Allan Foeckler

Allan M. Foeckler is an attorney at Cannon & Dunphy S.C. focused on personal injury and trial work.

Foeckler earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1998, where he contributed to the Marquette Law Review and was a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. He earned his Honors Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Marquette University in 1995. After law school, he served as Law Clerk to Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David T. Prosser (1998-1999).

Foeckler is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin (1998), the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association for Justice (where he served as President in 2023), the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association, the American Constitution Society's Milwaukee Chapter, and was a Governor Doyle appointee to the Wisconsin Judicial Council. He is an invitation-only member of the International Society of Barristers and the American Board of Trial Advocates.

His honors include the 2017 Robert L. Habush Trial Lawyer of the Year (Wisconsin Association for Justice), Wisconsin Super Lawyers recognition (2012-2024), and inclusion on the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers list. Notable results include a $10.5 million verdict in the O'Donnell Park panel collapse case, a $15 million verdict in an Ozaukee County retaining wall collapse case (October 2025), and a $1.5 million settlement in a hangman's fracture matter.
