About Jon Parry

Jon Parry is a business and estate planning attorney who serves business owners, professionals, and families. He serves clients by providing estate planning counsel and drafting wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents, in addition to prenuptial agreements and estate and trust administration counsel. He also represents businesses regarding various types of transactions, including with respect to business purchase/sale agreements (a/k/a M&A transactions), contract drafting, buy/sell agreements and LLC operating agreements, and employment agreements. In 2012, in furtherance of his commitment to serve business owners in transitioning ownership, Jon earned certification as a business exit planner (CExP). He collaborates with CPAs, financial planners, insurance advisors, transaction intermediaries, and even other attorneys to help business owners plan for and achieve what is likely the biggest transaction of their lives: a successful exit from their business.
