Jeffrey Kenney

Jeffrey T. Kenney, Esq. is a Partner at Cooper Elliott in Columbus, Ohio, with nearly 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has successfully represented clients both in and outside of court in wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and business litigation matters. He brings prior experience working with large insurance carriers.

Kenney has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for both Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs, named to Super Lawyers for five consecutive years, and selected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and Top 100. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Ohio Association for Justice, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. Outside the firm, he is a varsity baseball coach at Walnut Hills High School and a junior high football coach at Kings Local Schools.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law and his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University. He is admitted to the State Bars of Ohio and Kentucky, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
