Bill O'Mara

Bill O'Mara is a partner at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers in Virginia. He started his legal career in 2008, joined Cooper Hurley in 2014, and became a partner in 2017. With approximately 18 years of experience, his practice covers auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, amputation injuries, premises liability, slip-and-falls, electrocutions, pedestrian injuries, spinal injuries, catastrophic injuries, and related personal injury claims.

O'Mara earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University Law School in 2008.

He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar (2008), the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (2009), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (2011).
