In 2004, Rodriguez became the first Mexican American woman to obtain a verdict in excess of $2 million in Val Verde County, Texas. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, the Bexar County Women's Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Mexican American Bar Association, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
