About Krysten LeFavour

Krysten M. LeFavour is Of Counsel at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC in Indianapolis. She manages personal injury cases in the pre-litigation phase and handles workers' compensation claims. She brings substantial judicial experience, having retired from the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board after serving as a Judge for 12 years.

LeFavour earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work with highest distinction from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2001 and her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2007. In law school she served on the Indiana Law Review Executive Board, was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, and earned a Health Care Law certification.

She is admitted to the Indiana Bar (2007) and is a member of the American Bar Association. She was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2016 to 2019.

LeFavour brings personal insight to injury and loss work — her mother and stepfather were killed in a 2011 intoxicated driving accident.
