Brad Stauber

Brad M. Stauber was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended The Pennsylvania State University - University Park, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems and minors in International Business and Legal Environment of Business. During college, Brad boxed for Penn State’s Boxing Club and served as its President. In 2015, Brad received a Juris Doctor and a Master of Jurisprudence in Legal Doctrine and Analysis from Michigan State University College of Law.

During law school, Brad worked in the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. During college and law school, Brad studied abroad in Maastricht, Netherlands, and Bialystok, Poland. Since moving to San Antonio in 2016, Brad has practiced primarily in commercial and personal injury litigation, with extensive experience in the prosecution and settlement of personal injury claims, premises liability claims, first-party defense of bad faith/UM/UIM matters, and construction defects. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his German Shepherd named Reilly.
