Brian Branch

Brian K. Branch is Of Counsel at The Davis Kelin Law Firm and operates his own Law Office of Brian K. Branch in Albuquerque, New Mexico, founded in 1997. He specializes in personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, and insurance bad faith matters.

Branch earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1987 and his Bachelor of Arts from Coe College in 1982. He is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico (1987), the State Bar of Colorado (1995), the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico (1988), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit (1988), and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (2000).

An Albuquerque native, Branch's litigation experience includes over 40 jury trials and over 75 non-jury trials. He holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, is a Fellow of the New Mexico Bar Foundation, and has been selected to Super Lawyers (2013-2014, 2017-2026).
