Ellen Geske

Ellen Geske is a Partner and Trial Lawyer at Davis Kelin Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico, specializing in medical malpractice, legal malpractice, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith.

Geske earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in German Studies. She is admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico.

Before law school, Geske worked as an application/reporting analyst for an ophthalmic practice. She clerked for the Honorable C. Shannon Bacon at the New Mexico Supreme Court and previously practiced at a medical malpractice defense firm. She joined Davis Kelin in January 2023. She serves on the Board of Editors for the New Mexico Trial Lawyer Journal and the New Mexico Women's Bar Association.
