Ashley Garcia

Ashley Garcia grew up in a military family, living in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii before her family settled in Texas. She graduated from Incarnate Word High School in San Antonio, studied abroad teaching English in Spain, then earned her J.D. from St. Mary's University Law School in 2015 and her B.S. from Saint Louis University in 2012. Ashley began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Bexar County District Attorney's Office, trying numerous DWI cases to verdict.

She then practiced insurance defense, defending companies and drivers in personal injury litigation. She brings both prosecution and defense experience to her current role representing injured clients at Davis Law Firm. She is a member of the Bexar County Women's Bar Association and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
