About Edward Allred

Edward Allred is a litigation attorney with more than thirty years of experience in complex civil cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, and commercial disputes. From 1995 to 2005 he defended employers at Baker McKenzie in labor and employment class actions and EEOC matters, and later served as in-house counsel at Valero Energy Corporation on asbestos litigation, employment claims, M&A, and refinery construction contracts. In 2005 he moved to plaintiff contingency work, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for clients in intellectual property, construction, oil and gas, breach of contract, product liability, and mass tort matters, including the BP Oil Spill, Syngenta Corn, FEMA Trailer, and Roundup MDLs.

He has also served as a mediator and neutral in personal injury, commercial, mass tort, and employment cases. Edward joined Davis Law Firm in 2024. He has been married since 1996 and has four children.
