Since 2015, he has won all 6 of his appeals, including a 9-0 ruling in his favor at the U.S. Supreme Court reversing the Fifth Circuit. In another appeal (Methodist Healthcare Sys. of San Antonio v. Dewey), he established new precedent making it easier for injured persons to sue hospitals for premises liability in San Antonio. He has been lead attorney in over 45 published legal opinions.
