Gayle Halevy

Gayle Halevy is an associate attorney at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. She is a 2003 graduate of the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and a 2007 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Prior to joining the firm, Halevy practiced law in New York City for thirteen years, including as a partner at a recognized plaintiff's firm and for four years at a medical malpractice defense firm in New Jersey. Her experience as a defense attorney gives her a unique perspective she now applies on behalf of injury victims. She handles complex legal and medical issues in state and federal courts in both New York and New Jersey, at the trial and appellate levels, and currently represents injury victims and their estates in matters involving negligence, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
