Danny Mainis

Danny Mainis is a Personal Injury Attorney at Del Rio & Caraway, P.C. in Sacramento, California, where he was promoted to pre-litigation department head within months of joining.

Mainis was inspired to pursue law after suffering injuries in a rear-end accident caused by an uninsured impaired driver and encountering inadequate support from his insurance company.

Early in his legal career, he collaborated on discussions regarding clean transportation and renewable energy solutions with utility companies and government bodies, including Dutch Parliament representatives.

Mainis earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2022. He earned his undergraduate degree from California State University Sacramento in 2013, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
