Janiere Taylor

Janiere E. Taylor, Esq. is the Complex Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney and Attorney Supervisor for the Negotiations team at DeMayo Law Offices, LLP. With more than 20 years of trial experience, she supervises paralegals and negotiators, handles complex injury files, reviews demand packages and medical records to assess claim values, communicates with clients about their claims and the litigation process, and addresses escalated issues.

Taylor began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney for Mecklenburg County and later worked as a civil litigator for an insurance defense firm. She also served as an Attorney at McGuireWoods and at McAngus Goudelock before joining DeMayo Law.

She earned her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and her undergraduate degree from The College of Saint Joseph in Rutland, Vermont. She has been admitted to the North Carolina Bar since 2000.
