Arvin Hosseini

Arvin R. Hosseini is a litigation attorney at Disparti Law Group who takes cases to court or arbitration when fair settlement cannot be reached. Before joining Disparti Law Group, he founded his own entrepreneurial law practice helping small businesses navigate legal hurdles, acquire intellectual property, and stand up to competitors. At Chicago-Kent College of Law he completed programs in both Business Law and Intellectual Property Law. He interned for Chicago's Federal Defender Program, where he wrote a precedent-setting argument helping those incarcerated under racist drug policies seek reduced sentences, and externed for Judge Thomas Kelley and Judge Raul Vega.
