George Andros

The Honorable George Andros (Ret.) joined Disparti Law Group in 2021 as Of Counsel after a 15-year career as a Judicial Officer at the Illinois Workers Compensation Commission (2003-2018), where he conducted over 1,000 judicial hearings, more than 10,000 settlement reviews/approvals, and thousands of pre-trial conferences across Illinois counties. He was appointed by the Governor's Advisory Board as one of five certified under section 19(p) of the WC Act to conduct binding hearings (2006-2016) and was elected by fellow Judicial Officers to the Commission Review Board. As an attorney, he has practiced before the WC Commission, Illinois Circuit Court, Appellate Court, and U.S. Federal Court. He focuses on workers compensation and employment law.
