Carlton Fay

Carlton Fay is a Litigation Associate attorney at Disparti Law Group in Chicago, where he focuses on personal injury matters. Carlton grew up in a working-class household and developed a strong work ethic by working alongside his father pouring concrete and building homes during summers. After high school, he earned a basketball scholarship to Southern Illinois University, where he was a four-year standout and 1,000-point scorer. He went on to play professional basketball for Club Trouville in the top league of the Liga Uruguaya de Basquetbol before pursuing a legal career.

Carlton began his legal career as a Cook County prosecutor, where he tried over 100 bench trials and 3 jury trials. While in law school, he clerked for the Jackson County State's Attorney's Office in both civil and criminal divisions, and was a member of the mock trial team. He earned his B.A. in History from Southern Illinois University and his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Spring 2018.
