Elaine Benda

Elaine Benda is an attorney at Disparti Law Group, where she focuses on personal injury matters. She joined the firm in January 2023, following a career as a senior attorney at the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings Operations. Elaine has substantial experience evaluating medical records and applying the rules, regulations, and laws involved in the Social Security hearings process to each unique file. She enjoys the research aspect of her work and is dedicated to providing thorough and effective legal support to her clients. Elaine earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and a concentration in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
