About Douglas Olcott

Douglas Olcott spent the first 10 years of his career on the defense side, then switched to representing injured plaintiffs, a passion he has pursued for the past 20 years. Working for insurance companies showed him firsthand how injured plaintiffs were treated as commodities rather than human beings, which motivated his shift. He has litigated hundreds of cases, tried dozens to verdict, and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial attorney. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, reserved for attorneys who have achieved million and multi-million dollar verdicts, and has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list since 2012. When not practicing law, he spends time with his wife and four children, and enjoys skiing, traveling, and beach vacations.
