Richard Rosenthal

Richard Rosenthal has practiced law for over 35 years, serving as both defense and plaintiff counsel. He was formerly a Senior Deputy Attorney with the Tort Litigation Unit of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. He teaches courses to trial attorneys and engineers on identifying and handling cases involving hazards on roadways, and has secured numerous large settlements and verdicts in cases involving dangerous roads, construction zones, tractor-trailer accidents, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and elevator and escalator accidents.

He has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list every year since 2006 and listed among the Top 100 Attorneys in Pennsylvania since 2010 and the Top 50 in Pittsburgh since 2008. He is also in The Best Lawyers in America since 2010. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, and is licensed in Pennsylvania and the Federal Court System.
