Jason Lichtenstein

Jason Lichtenstein brings over 30 years of legal experience to his role as Chief Acquisitions Officer, where he leads the firm's strategic expansion into emerging case types including mass torts, dangerous drugs, and environmental cases. His career began representing insurance companies, which gave him firsthand knowledge of their tactics. He later spent time at a medical malpractice firm, sharpening his ability to analyze complex medical issues.

He graduated from Duquesne Law School and also earned a degree from the University of Pittsburgh's Katz School of Business. Attorney Lichtenstein holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list since 2007 and to the Best Lawyers in America list since 2013. He is heavily involved with the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and serves on the Board of Trustees at Community Day School.
