About Jack DeGree

Jack F. DeGree is a partner and trial attorney at Eglet Law, representing personal injury victims and those harmed by insurance bad faith. A lifelong Las Vegas resident, he re-joined Eglet Law in 2025 after previously spending over five years with the firm from 2014 to 2019, during which he tried numerous cases to verdict. In the intervening years, Jack opened the Las Vegas offices of a large national firm, continuing his work on behalf of individuals injured in Nevada and their families in litigation against major corporations and large insurance companies.

Jack received his undergraduate (B.S.B.A) and graduate (M.S.) degrees in accounting and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He was previously licensed as a Certified Public Accountant before going inactive to pursue law. Jack is a Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Legal Elite by the Nevada Business Press, Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association, Rising Star by Super Lawyers, Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and as a Fellow of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
