Nate Swanis

Nate E. Swanis is an associate attorney at Eglet Law who joined the firm as a summer legal clerk in May 2022 and continued through his third year of law school. Born and raised in Nevada by two attorneys, he was inspired to pursue a career in law. Nate began his legal education at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, then transferred to UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law for a JD/MBA dual degree program. At Boyd, he made the dean's list, served on the board of the Gaming Law Society, and was an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.

He completed his Juris Doctor in May 2024 and passed the Nevada Bar Exam that summer, at which point he was promoted to associate attorney. Prior to law school, Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada, Reno, and played for the Nevada Club Baseball team from 2019 to 2021. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and the Clark County Bar Association, and volunteers with Three Square Food Bank.
