Joseph Troiano

Joseph J. Troiano is a partner at Eglet Law who returned to the firm in January 2025. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he is a graduate of Bonanza High School and UNLV. After college, he moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law. After returning to Las Vegas, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Timothy Williams before entering private practice at a Las Vegas personal injury firm.

He subsequently joined Eglet Law as an associate attorney, and, after a period in practice elsewhere, returned as a partner. Joseph is licensed to practice law in all Nevada courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2021), and a Top Rank Attorney by Nevada Business Magazine (2023). He is passionate about holding those who cause harm accountable and believes in clear communication and integrity throughout the legal process.
