R. Craig McLaughlin

R. Craig McLaughlin joined Elk & Elk in 2005 and became a partner in 2019. He represents people seriously injured or killed in car wrecks, medical negligence, defective product cases, and workplace safety violations, serving as lead attorney in more than 40 jury trials. Craig holds the highest AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rating and has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer since 2009. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He obtained one of the highest personal injury verdicts in Clermont County history in a truck crash case.
